CUPPING & GUA SHA

Cupping is a modality of Oriental medicine that increase micro circulation at a superficial level in muscles that are tight or in areas where there is congestion or stiffness. Cupping can be described like a reverse massage is an excellent method to improve local circulation and relieve inflammation of muscles, tendons and nerves.
