musculoskeletal health

Our daily functioning and quality of life are directly influenced by the health of our musculoskeletal system. A healthy musculoskeletal system consists of muscular, joint and bone strength, endurance and flexibility. Musculoskeletal Disorders are a variety of conditions that affect the muscles, bones, and joints.

Currently musculoskeletal conditions are the most common cause of chronic disability. The severity of the pain varies and can easily interfere with our everyday activities.
Through our musculoskeletal system we perform all of our daily activities. Keeping a healthy musculoskeletal system and preventing any injury is a lifelong process that will help you stay active, mobile and healthier.

Inflammation most commonly appears around the muscles and joints. Occasionally it can be experienced as soreness and stiffness after exercise, or can develop into more severe and chronic conditions such as RSI and arthritis.
